Associate Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary: - Reviews, analyzes and evaluates automated and manual workflow and business processes in relation to user/client needs and corporate business strategies in order to refine departmental practices and technology implementation.
- Presents to management proposed methods or actions to refine processes and to increase departmental efficiency.
- Functions as a liaison between users/clients and I.S. departments by coordinating and reporting the status of project and helpdesk requests, assisting in the development of Service Requests (requests for system modification or enhancement), creating test plans for software quality assurance, assisting users/clients with final quality assurance review and testing, developing and assisting in the creation of ad-hoc queries and reporting.
- Performs other duties as required.
Distinguishing Features of the Job:
- An employee in this class performs responsible technical and professional work under limited supervision. Work is performed individually and in a team setting with multiple priorities and tasks, often working under time pressure.
- Involves frequent contact with users/clients and requires excellent customer service skills. Requires limited travel, though trip length may be as long as several days at a time.
- An employee in this position performs work in an office setting and has frequent exposure to confidential information.
- This employee must have the ability to read complex written materials, write proficiently, follow complex oral and written instructions, and use a PC, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- The job requires an advanced level of decision making and reasoning to resolve issues, coordinate activities, and further corporate objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Function as a liaison between users/clients and IS departments.
- Work directly with user departments to learn each job duty, and effect continuous process improvement by specifically learning, evaluating, and recommending pertinent changes to; manual and automated processes, external and internal interfaces (data sources, access methods, reporting methods), computer interfaces and reporting.
- Assist in, though not assume management responsibility for; analyzing and refining desk procedures, determining needs and submittal of Service Requests, ad-hoc queries and reporting needs, creation of test scenarios, testing and quality assurance of software releases and bug fixes.
- Prepares and presents proposals for process and work flow refinement to management.
- Function as a team member representing one or more departments for DCS2000 implementations once thoroughly knowledgeable of departmental activities.
- Work directly in user departments for approximately three to nine months in order to become extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of operations and business processes.
- Rotate among and support two to three departments and/or clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and two to three years experience in related field(s).
- Prefer multidisciplinary education/experience in business systems and process engineering.

Dental Fraud & Abuse Specialist
Job Description:
Responsible for detecting and deterring fraud and abuse by investigating claims data and dental office records of our subscribers. Researches patient charts, radiographs, periodontal charting, lab records, and any additional clinical and billing information as needed including appointment records that may be used to identify and to detect potential fraud.
The Dental Fraud & Abuse Clinical Specialist is expected to work as a member of a Dental Fraud & Abuse team working closely with the Dental Director. This team will be expected to interact with every internal department of the organization in an effort to detect external fraud and abuse. The Dental Fraud & Abuse team is expected to analyze aberrant dental practice patterns as well as any other potential fraud schemes.
Requirements:
Qualified candidate must be a dental hygienist with at least 8 years hands-on clinical experience in the dental office. This position must demonstrate the ability to comprehensively review dental office records, interpret all types of radiographs in order to compare and verify dental procedures performed in the dental office with those procedures submitted for claim payment and to identify potential areas of abuse. This position requires a degree in dental hygiene in addition to an X-ray license and analytical skills related to clinical data. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience with the business aspects of the dental office. The position requires excellent written, analytical, verbal and communicative skills. Candidate must have a valid Virginia driver’s license as travel is required to dental offices throughout Virginia to perform audit of patient and other office records.

Position Summary:
Greets and assists visitors, provides secretarial support to various departments, and carries out other duties as required.
Job Responsibilities:
● Maintains daily log of all calls. ● Signs for deliveries. ● Uses Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet programs to type letters, create databases, reports and other correspondence for a variety of departments. ● Other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications:

System Operator - Third Shift
Job Description: - Individual will be required to perform after hour installations of DBDeploy application packages (Oracle), launch scheduled batch jobs or scripts as required.
- Monitor automated processes using UC4 scheduler software suite, answer any support calls and redirect based on urgency or type of issue.
- Team member may be asked to develop documentation and provide project support as needed.
- Telecommuting maybe considered.
- This is a third shift position (2:00 PM ET to 10:00 PM ET).
Requirements: - College/University graduate preferred
- 2 years experience with Unix operating systems (Linux, HPUX or similar)
- 1-2 years experience administrating/supporting Oracle 9i or 10g
- 2 years experience working in a technical support capacity
