Plus, our proprietary claims processing system, DCS2000®, allows us to process an average of more than 196,000 claims per month. Our claims are paid in an average of 30 days.

Our representatives have access to Delta Dental’s proprietary claims processing software, DCS2000®, which is designed to enable 98% of inquiries to be resolved on first contact. DCS2000® is an innovative claims processing and administration system developed and maintained by DDVA.
