DCS2000 integrates claims, eligibility, and billing functions. And, since claims are keyed directly into DCS2000, errors are greatly reduced. Claims Imaging and History
All paper claims are numbered and imaged upon receipt. Claim information is then keyed directly into our system and linked to the image of the original document for access during inquiry or processing. This practice significantly reduces lost claims, enhances data security, and allows for automatic display of the original document image whenever a claim is queried.
Claims are filed directly to Delta Dental by network and, in most instances, non-network dental offices. Within three days of receipt, they are entered into the system. Claims are keyed directly into our system, and images are scanned and linked to the claims for access during inquiry or processing.
