• Executed Marketing Services Agreement
• Copy of certification issued by the Bureau of Insurance showing proof of licensing

You must be appointed with Delta Dental of Virginia before you can receive a quote for any of your clients.

Small Groups (2-99 lives)

We’ve made it easy for our appointed brokers to get quotes for their small group clients. Simply log in to our Broker Online Services by entering your user name and password in the login boxes at the upper left of this page. Once signed into our secure site, choose the Web Quote function and you’ll be able to create your own quotes in a matter of minutes.

Our advanced Web Quote program lets you build quotes for customized plans built to the specific needs of your customers. The system is user friendly and walks you through the short steps necessary with detailed instructions. Once complete, Web Quote will produce a complete rate quote for your client.

Large Groups (100+ lives)

Larger groups are experience rated, and thus require our Marketing Administration and Sales staff to become involved in a quote. You can fill out a Delta Dental RFP Helper and fax the information to us at 540.774.7574 or you can contact our Sales department at 888.335.8216 for quotes for large group customers. A written proposal will be prepared and sent to you based on our conversations and information you provide.
